Your privacy is important to us. When you use the Dramaton’s Mobile applications (the "App") you are subject to this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"). Sometimes we need information to provide services that you request. This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by Dramaton through our mobile applications and how we use that information. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors, Users and others who access our application (“you,” or “Users”).

General

Users can access the App through our Applications on Devices. A “Device” is any computer used to access the App, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device. This Privacy Policy governs your access to the App, regardless of how you access it. By using our App you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

We acknowledge the importance in protecting the privacy of children when collecting their Personal Information through our APP. Please note that children can choose whether to share their information with us, and we will not require a child to provide more information than is reasonably necessary in order to participate in the APP's activities. We encourage parents to assist us in making their children's information secure, by instructing their children to provide their personal information upon their parental permission.

If you are under the age of 18, you should read this Privacy Policy with you parents or legal guardians, and ask questions about the things in this Privacy Policy that you do not understand. If you are under the age of 13, please ask your parents or legal guardian for permission before you provide us with any of your Personal Information.

Collection of Information

Record Audio from your Device

Some of our Application may request microphone permissions, which is considered a "Sensitive Permission". Therefore, while using the App, you may be asked to provide us with access to your microphone. This permission allows us to use the device’s microphone to record audio. If you do not wish to share your audio records, you can choose to deny such access.

Take Photos and Videos

Some of our Apps may request camera permissions, which is considered a "Sensitive Permission". This permission allows you to take photos/videos and turn ON/OFF Camera Flash. If you do not wish to share your photos and videos, you can choose to deny such access.

From this point, information from which you can be personally identified, including, inter alia, Sensitive Information, shall be referred to as "Personal Information".

You are not required by law to provide us with any of the above information; however, if you do not provide certain information, you may not be able to use the App.

Use of Information:

We may use Personal Information submitted by you for the following purposes: Help us develop, deliver, and improve our products and services and supply higher quality service; manage online surveys and other activities you have participated in.

We may further collect and use non-personal information in the following circumstances: to have a better understanding of the User’s behavior, solve problems regarding products and services, improve our products, services and advertising. We may collect and process further anonymized information and data that is not processed by reference to a specific individual.

Sharing Information with Others:

We may use certain reliable third party companies and individuals to help us provide, analyze, and improve the services, for the purposes described in this policy. These third parties may be located in countries other than your own, and we may send them information we receive. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf and under obligations similar to those in this Privacy Policy. In such cases, these third parties must abide by our data privacy and security requirements and are not allowed to use Personal Information they receive from us for any other purpose.

We may also disclose Personal Information as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets. When we transfer Personal Information, we use a variety of legal mechanisms, including contracts, to help ensure your rights and protections travel with your data. We will transfer Personal Information within assuring the appropriate and suitable safeguards.

In addition, Dramaton may share your Personal Information with others, without your explicit consent and to the extent necessary in Dramaton's good-faith discretion, for the following purposes:

Your Rights and Data Retention

You can request the deletion of the Personal Information Dramaton has collected or withdraw your consent to the processing of such information, and disable its future collection by contacting us at info@dramaton.com. From that point, we shall not have the right to process your Personal Information, and you'll not be allowed to use our App. Note, however, that you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of data processing we carried out based on your consent before such withdrawal.

If you are located within the European Union (the "EU"), you may be entitled with some additional rights. For further information and/or for the exercising of such rights, please contact us at info@dramaton.com.

Dramaton does not retain information longer than required to provide the App and for its reasonable business needs, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

Dramaton may at all times review, retain and disclose any other information as Dramaton deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request and Dramaton's needs and necessities. By doing so, Dramaton does not either expressly or impliedly endorse, affirm or in any manner assume any responsibility for such communications.

Information Security

Dramaton considers information security to be a top priority, and is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. Dramaton implements systems, applications and procedures to secure Personal Information, to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or use of information. In particular, such security measures are taken where the processing involves the transmission of data through a public network, and to prevent all other unlawful forms of processing. When we transmit highly confidential data over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption. However, these measures are unable to provide absolute assurance.

Personal Information collected by Dramaton may be stored and processed in various locations (also using cloud services), such as Google Firebase, which are chosen in order to operate efficiently, improve performance, and to create redundancies to protect the data in the event of an outage or any other problem. We take steps to ensure that the data we collect under this Privacy Policy is processed according to the provisions of this Policy and the requirements of any applicable law wherever the data is located. Personal Information collected on our Applications (which includes, inter alia, medical records) may be stored on our cloud services or on our partner's cloud service, based on the contract between us and the specific partner.

Therefore, although Dramaton takes great efforts to protect your Personal Information, Dramaton cannot guarantee and you cannot reasonably expect that Dramaton's databases will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.

If you have a privacy concern, complaint, or a question or believe that your privacy has been compromised by any person, in the course of using the App, or any other requests, responses, questions and complaints, then please contact Dramaton via info@dramaton.com.  

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, when necessary to reflect customer feedback and changes in our App. When we post changes to this policy, we will revise the "last modified" date at the top of the policy. If we make a change to this Privacy Policy that we believe materially reduces your rights, we will provide a notice prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. We may provide notice of changes in other circumstances as well. By continuing to use the App after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
